30-day returns
Return your lamp within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged in transit?
Resin and walnut are sturdy, but shipping accidents happen. If your piece arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page — we'll ask for a quick photo of the item and packaging, then ship a free replacement (no return needed).
Change or cancel your order
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Because each lamp is made to order, once yours enters production changes may no longer be possible.
How to start a return
- Head to our Contact page and send us your order number.
- We'll send return instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Handmade note: because each lamp is individually hand-poured, slight variations in wood grain, tiny bubbles, and color swirl are natural and not considered defects.
